  4. Sugar, especially processed (like high fructose corn syrup)
  5. Dairy Products (and yes this does unfortunately include cheese and ice cream)
  6. Fast Food
  7. Junk Food, or what I like to call “wanna-be food”
  8. Corn
  9. Soy
  10. White Rice
